The core competence of our internationally active company is the quality assurance of the validity of measurement results in analysis and sampling. To this end, we offer interlaboratory tests (laboratory comparisons, proficiency tests, comparisons with external laboratories) in the field of analysis and sampling.

Our interlaboratory tests address themselves especially to accredited testing laboratories, who can verify the required quality assurance of test results in the EN ISO / IEC 17025. Even for non-accredited laboratories, interlaboratory tests are a necessary tool for quality assurance. They are used for internal monitoring and external presentation of the laboratory's quality. Participation is open to all interested laboratories worldwide. So far, over 600 laboratories from 50 contries have successfully participated in the DCC interlaboratory tests. The laboratories can analyze over 1000 parameters at 30 different test objects. The test objects are generally solid, organic and secondary fuels, coke, sewage sludge, power plant by-products, fly ashes and laboratory ashes.

Evaluation and performance of the DCC proficiency tests
fulfil the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043.

The DCC Proficiency Tests are performed according to the specifications of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17043 "Conformity assessment - General requirements for the competence of proficiency testing providers".

All interested laboratories worldwide can participate in the DCC proficiency tests. All information is available in German and English.

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the proficiency testing of manual sampling of imported coal in accordance with ISO standard 18283 and manual sampling of secondary fuels in accordance with LAGA PN 98 and DIN EN 15442 and ISO 21645.

DCC is the world's only supplier in this field. In addition, we qualify our clients by training and individual consultations on the topics of analysis, sampling and quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
